Hi, I want to upgrade my laptop to windows 10 home or windows 10 pro.  Earlier when windows 10 was available to upgrade for free I have upgraded it but there was some issue. it was not responding sometimes.

Did you solve the problem ? If not, the chance to upgrade now is 50/50. You may get back to SAME problem another day. But please check the following article first

Since your machine ran Windows 10 (free), you may be able to get Windows 10 free again because product key is still on the BIOS of your machine.
