im gettting this message on my laptop saying this app cant run on your PC find the software publisher

Either the app is not compatible with windows 11 or an antivirus or security setting is keeping it from running

Hi, @Lachar 

 

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with W10 in S mode.

 

HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm Product Specifications | HP® Support

 

You can only install apps from the Microsoft Store on PC's that come with Windows in S-mode.

 

In order to run programs not from the Microsoft Store, you will have to switch out of S-mode.
