i need the original key of windows which i got preinstalled on my laptop during purchase time. please let me know the way to get genuine windows again. BIOS also not working properly?

Hi:

 

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use with another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.

I wouldn't be able to help you with any BIOS issues.
