Hi @Samsumit,

If the touchpad on your HP Pavilion x360 convertible 14-dh0112tx is not working, and you're unable to find drivers specifically for Windows 11 on the HP website, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Use Windows Update:

    • Ensure your system is fully updated. Sometimes, Windows can automatically find and install the necessary drivers. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
  2. Device Manager:

    • Open Device Manager by searching for it in the Start menu.
    • Look under Human Interface Devices or Mice and other pointing devices and see if there's a touchpad driver installed. If it is there but not working, try right-clicking and selecting Update driver to see if Windows can find a compatible version.
  3. Generic Drivers:

    • If no specific Windows 11 driver is available, try using a Windows 10 driver from the HP website, as they are often compatible with Windows 11.
  4. Reinstall the OS-Provided Driver:

    • Sometimes uninstalling the touchpad driver and restarting your computer can allow Windows to reinstall a working version:
      • In Device Manager, right-click the touchpad device, and select Uninstall device.
      • Restart your computer to allow Windows to automatically reinstall the driver.
  5. HP Support Assistant:

    • Download and use the HP Support Assistant for additional automated troubleshooting options. It might find updates or patches specific to your device.
  6. BIOS Update:

    • Ensure your BIOS is the latest version, as this might resolve compatibility issues with newer operating systems. This can usually be updated through the HP Support Assistant as well.
  7. Check Touchpad Settings:

    • Some devices have a physical button around the touchpad area to enable/disable it. Also, ensure it's not disabled via Settings > Devices > Touchpad.
