Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi I have a touch screen hp chromebook, randomly my pointer disappeared and my touchpad isnt working. I did a "hard reset" by pressing the restart and power button. That did not work. I did the powerwash and that did not work. I went into settings and "touchpad" was not there. When I go into "advanced" settings "system" was no where to be found.
