Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 today morning when I tried to start it came up with the blue box message pn screen saying there is an issue with trusted platform module (tpm) data and asked to choose between (y) (n) 

I cant choose (y) but if i choose (n) it will boot until the windows login and then it says pin not available
