unable to do dual boot in kali linux installer usb

first i put my kali linux installer iso formatted usb then restart then press f10 then i got into bios then i got into os boot but i couldn't saw my usb boot partition 1 i only saw windows boot manager then i tried to press some buttons to leave the option i could not leave so i press power button then left i left with disappointment i did not understand my kali usb did not show up there

when i tried press secure boot option i could not even press on it
