You're very welcome.

As I posted earlier, the webpage works just fine for me.  I select the operating system from the drop down menu and you have two choices, Vista 32 or Vista 64 bit.

Selecting that results in the entire list of available drivers showing up.

I do not work for, or represent HP, so there is nothing further I can suggest other than to try a different browser such as Firefox.

Hi:

HP does not support your notebook for W7.

Use the Vista drivers from your notebook's support page and they should work just fine.

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/Compaq-Presario-C700-Notebook-PC-series/3466274/mode...

You may have to manually install the graphics driver if you get an unsupported operating system error message.

Thanks for the answer of my query. But only vista driver are available in the hp support section.

Is it supports all the vista drivers to w7 ? And can I also installed vista BIOS, CHIPSET, AUDIO, BLUETOOTH, GRAPHIC, KEYBOARD AND TOUCHPAD or only specfic drivers ?

Hp always shows that they also tied up a third party drivers solution site. If u know that the sites who provide geniue drivers please share with me.

You're very welcome.

You can use these W7 drivers for the quick launch buttons, wireless card, the wireless assistant, and the bluetooth.

Quick Launch Buttons

This package contains the software that enables the HP Quick Launch Buttons, which are special function keys on HP Notebooks. This software works with supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp49001-49500/sp49104.exe

Atheros AR5007 wireless card

This package contains the drivers for the supported Atheros Wireless LAN Adapters in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54501-55000/sp54972.exe

HP Wireless Assistant:

This package contains the HP Wireless Assistant for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. The HP Wireless Assistant is a user application that provides a way to control the enablement of individual wireless devices (such as Bluetooth, WLAN, or WWAN devices) and that shows the state of the radios for these wireless devices.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45222.exe

Bluetooth:

This package contains the software required to support the HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology in supported notebook models running a supported operating system. The HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology provides wireless connectivity to other devices from the integrated module of the supported notebooks. It also provides additional Bluetooth Profiles.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp47001-47500/sp47022.exe

You can use the Vista drivers from your notebook's support page for everything else.

Like I wrote yesterday, you will need to manually install the Vista graphics driver because you will get an unsupported operating system error when you run the file.  Simply close out of the error window, go to the device manager, click to expand the display adapters device manager category, click on the standard vga adapter, click on the driver tab, click on Update Driver, select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.  That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp#####, where ##### is the file number of the graphics driver you downloaded.  Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
