unable to login to my HP laptop after an issue causing the system to spew the same error "something went wrong and your PIN isnt availible" i managed to follow some instructions on getting into the hidden admin profile to see if i could reset it, but it wont let me do anything outside of searching through the settings, no access to the internet, no access to just about everything. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
