While trying to order recovery media for X0S19UA we received an error page.   The error occurred while going to the payment option page.  I tried several different paths to find a phone number to call so we could order this but no phone number was available.   I am quite unhappy with the level of support as there is no way of reporting issues with a website or process.   There is no way to contact an actual agent.   There are no phone numbers available.  The virtual assistant of no assistance as it continued to point to basic answers.

WHO CAN I CONTACT TO GET RECOVERY MEDIA?

Hello @tx018

You have the right contacts, a.k.a. here 😎

Welcome to the HP Support Community !

If you face difficulties ordering from HP website, you may also try ordering one from here (3rd party trusted supplier)  >> http://www.computersurgeons.com/p-32698-windows-10-home-64-recovery-kit-part-number-l36701-001-for-n...

The URL I posted above is for the recovery media for your phone.

Also, note that ordering a recovery media is sort of obsolete nowadays.

You may create your own recovery media by using HP Cloud Recovery software -> here is more info -> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205

Your model is supported

A third alternative I could offer is performing fresh clean vanilla Windows 10 installation. Check the attached PDF file below for more information
