Product: hp AIO 20-c412nh

I have hp AIO model number 20-c412nh
I attemptted to put the pc in bios recovery mode(Recover the BIOS using a key press combination) by holding windows +B while turning on without any thing attached to it 
it started correctly by beebing 8 times then reboot then reboot multible times about 15 minutes of rebooting 
then I cut off the power then tried  to power on to see this message

I downloaded the bios and made a recovery flash drive then attempted to recover the bios (Recover the BIOS using a USB recovery drive )as the instructions in this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3932413-2337994-16

 

BUT it never reach the recovering bios utility as shown in the demonstration video I know it keep turn on and off by watching the flash drive blinking then stop and off as will as the mouse light on and off for hours without result

I tried windows +b and windows +v none worked to get me in bios recovery screen
I noticed the external keyboard doesn’t have any num or caps light on , I made sure the keyboard  working by plugging it in another computer 

I tried hard reset by holding the power button for 30 seconds 

I also tried removing the cmos battery and touched the jumpers
so any hope to restore the bios in my case
