Hello Ray84,
there could be many reasons for not updating your notebook.
At least tell this Community the error message and error code, that were displayed.

Thank for your help.
I never got in the updates offer to up date to 1909 so try loading with Windows 10 Upgrade 9252. It down loader then start to load, then go check for more update. Then it come back and read" You can't run Windows 10 (you can't install windows on a USB flash drive setup), I am not running USB flash setup. Plus I am running Windows 10 home version 1903 fine. After I cancel the load I finally get error code 0xc1900201. The hard drive is listed as Model IM2833138E-128GM-B it a SSD. I hope this help or I will be with 1903 only. All other update are downloading and installing fine.

Hello Ray84,
download the Windows 10 1909 ISO from Microsoft
Once downloaded click with the right mouse button on the file and activate it as a dvd ( as I haven‘t seen the menue in english - in my language it says Bereitstellen- it must be the first entry in that menue. When it is activated as a dvd, you can run setup from that virtual dvd.

You can try to create a USB Flash Drive with the ISO file, I offered you to download and the tool Rufus. You should use the GPT partition scheme in Rufus. Simply drag the ISO file in „Boot selection“. You need a flash drive with 8GB capacity, maximum 32GB capacity.
