HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Model: HP ENVY x360 core i7

When I try to turn my laptop on, the power button blinks a few times then stays lit, then the fan kicks in and the caps lock button begins to blink. The display stays completely black the whole time.
Note: Sometimes Unconditionally it works without any Problems.
