I have an HP ENVY x360 - m6-w102dx laptop

in the device manager, under "other devices", I have an "unknown device" error message 
ACPI\INT3435\3&11583659&0

which driver do I get to solve this?

I see the driver that was supposed to work listed on the support page, but I could not extract any info from it.

sp74285 under the Chipset drivers listing -- Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver

So, if you had tried this driver and it didn't work, then HP has the wrong one uploaded on the support page.
