Hello, I reinstalled my laptop from win11 to win10, where I had a problem that windows told me that my 144hz monitor - the notebook monitor - had 1hz and no informations was written for the monitor. I thought upgrading to sleep would solve my problem, but the problem persists. At the same time, I cannot change the resolution for monitor or change the hz value

HP does not support your PC for W10.
The problem you have is that you need to install a W10 driver for the model graphics adapter your notebook has.
Do you know what model Nvidia GPU your notebook came with?

There is no W10 driver on your notebook's support page, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the driver from the Nvidia website:
GeForce Game Ready Driver | 560.81 | Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 | NVIDIA
Hopefully that will resolve the issues you are having.

Yes, that would be the easiest way to reinstall W11 rather than clean installing W11.
Make a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool to factory reset the drive.
Here's an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
