Product: HP 2000-2d19WM Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am trying to update my bios so I can update windows 7 to windows 10. But when I search for software and drivers it won't load I am stuck as to what to do.

The specs of your machine is

Machine is too old, HP only has Windows 8 support drivers

 

             https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-2000-notebook-pc-series/5375422/model/5449995

 

My suggestion: upgrade it to Windows 10 then use Windows 8 drivers. Any missing please post back, our members should be able to help you

well I would if I could download them again the website wont load them I been waiting more than hour I refresh the page nothing could you just give me the link to download load them
