updated drivers then had to reset laptop & now driver updates GONE

I downloaded driver updates in my laptop. Then I decided that I would just reset it so that it would run faster and that I would probably sell it. When it restarted again and I set it up again to see if it was running faster I have since found that when installing a new app the app told me that by drivers were out of date. I went to HP support on my laptop and search for more updates but it said there are none available which I assume is just because I had just downloaded a bunch of driver updates, like eight of them before I had reset the computer.  How can I download those updates again?

So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PC
