Pavilion dv7-4320el
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can I upgrade Windows 7 on Pavilion dv7-4320el to windows 10 ?

I tried several times but laptop got bsod on video tdr failure atikmpag.sys even if I download right drivers from And site and I installed it. Videocard is Radeon HD6550M .

It has been developed right driver for win 10 ?

You should NOT have upgraded your PC to Win10 because HP does not provide Win10 drivers for your model and the drivers provided by AMD are not designed to be used on laptops.

 

If someone else comes along and points you to other HP drivers that WILL work, then you will be OK; otherwise, you should consider doing a Rollback to Windows 7 to restore functionality to it.

Now where can I find previous suitable win 7 OS in order to reinstall it ?
