You can upgrade the single band Realtek card to this dual band model:

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.

If you don't plan on doing the work yourself, you will have to ask a local PC repairs shop how much it will cost.

You can find used but tested and working Realtek RTL8821CE Wi-Fi cards on eBay for sale between $10 and $15 USD.

The audio is an integrated chip on the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
