How can I put

Either no download file can be found in the catalog or the information from the catalog file is wrong. Please contact HP support.

 

It shows a Download bar in RED like there is a problem.

 

 

The error that I get in the middle of creating the HP recovery program process. The media creation attempt has failed, please contact HP support and provide the following information, serial no. 455CBUA#ABA   Error 0XC00401

my old programs from my old dist onto a new computer without effecting the recovery drive
