Hi there,
I have an HP Envy laptop (17-cw1023c1), Intel(r) core(TM) 7 155U, memory 32 GB, and Windows 11 Home.
Our employ purchased from Costco. I attempted to install Windows 11 Interprice or Win 11 Pro, but the laptop would not accept them. All it does is read and recognize Windows 11 Home. When I attempt to use the activation key code, I will receive an error message, saying, The product key you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. (0xc004f050)

I installed Windows 10 Home and tried upgrading it to Windows 10 Pro to check if it would accept the key activation, and it gives me the same error message.

Then, using my account, it has a digital license for Win 11 Pro, but it didn't upgrade to Windows 11 Pro and uses the license on my email for Windows 11 Home.

Is there anything special in this kind of laptop model?
Is there a specific solution I must follow to upgrade it to Win 11 Pro?

That is controlled by Microsoft, nothing to do with HP hardware. Please try
