Hi:

For the USB controller you need to install the AMD Chipset drivers and restart the PC.

You want the first file listed on the webpage...

https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset/previous/detail?os=Windows%207%20-%2064&rev=17.40

There are too many devices windows names as unknown when they need a driver for me to just post one for you.

Please post the hardware ID for the unknown device, and then I will post the link to the driver you need for it.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

You're very welcome.

The ID's you posted are for the USB3 controller.

The driver I posted above should have installed that device.

Please let me know if it didn't.

Is the Unknown Device gone?

That was what I was asking the hardware ID for.

Anytime.

Here is the link to the driver you need for that device...

This package provides the driver that enables the ELAN Touchpad in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The driver enables general touchpad functionality (for example double-tap and scroll) and provides a user interface.
