Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp sent me the wrong recovery usb.  error 0121-1-0.  called and was told it was correct.  how do I get the correct recovery usb?

i can make a clean win 10 disc from Microsoft but i should be able to get the correct restore for my laptop.with all the up to date drivers.  tried making cloud recovery usb but don't have enough space on the hard drive.  i'm trying upgrade the hard drive from 32g to 512g.  thanks

No, you won't get up to date drivers. The Recovery process will bring your machine back to day 1 that why we call it as Factory Restore.

The specs of your machine is

It only has 32GB of eMMC storage which is soldered down to its system board. You can't upgrade to 512GB
