Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ds1063cl

I am finally trying to use my deceased father's notebook.  Unfortunately, I canceled his cell service so I don't have a good way to deal with the security system.  He used his fingerprint pad and cell numbers for security.  Do I need to disable these somehow or is there a workaround?
