Product: HP Elitebook 8470p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Elitebook 8470p very slow.
HP Elitebook 8470p product AIG60AV windows 10 (64) most operations display not responding.
recently reinsalled 4 times different windows 10 operating systems but same results. slow HP Elitebook 8470p.
what could be the course and how to solve it?

Don't have any idea what you mean by "display not responding".
So, do you have a display or not? And if so, what are you seeing that indicates it is not responding?
