Programs that are loaded as the computer starts up remain active in memory. Consequently, they are one of the main causes of a slow boot into Windows. Disabling programs you don't often use from automatically loading up each time the computer powers on can decrease boot time.
To learn more about the possible reasons of a slow startup laptop:

- Scan for Viruses & Malware.
- Change Boot Priority and Turn on Quick Boot in BIOS.
- Disable/Delay Startup Apps.
- Disable Nonessential Hardware.
- Hide Unused Fonts.
- No GUI Boot.
- Eliminate Boot Delays.
- Remove Crapware.
I also suggest you to troubleshoot the issue by taking your PC into Clean Boot State. A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program.
