Dear Team,

 

I  have upgrading my laptop to windows 10 from windows 7. But few days this laptop is not support some goverment service portals like " voters service portal " aadhar website , etc.  In my previous windows 7 , the mentioned portals are working very comfortable. but now a days there is some issue to open the voters portal and aadhar portal. kindly do the needful.

HP has no influence over the browsers you use or the websites you visit.

HP has no interest in these things, in fact.  None.

What!?

HP would like for you to be safe when visiting HP sites -- the rest is up to you.

 

"Upgrading" from one version of Windows to another version is not the same as a clean installation of the Operating System version.  What?  The computer is perhaps a mish-mash (mix) "some things this and some things that".

 

You might start with clearing cookies / cache in all browsers and perhaps update or even reinstall one or more browsers.

 

Check with your browser support pages for the particular browser.

and

Check the browser security settings.

 

Make sure all appropriate updates are installed.

If Windows 10 is finally no longer supported, you might at least be able to find some security updates.
