HP Recommended

i bought this new laptop when I start it shows warning that it is not in committed state. 

the other issues that I am facing are the following : 
the master volume up down or mute is not working. I have to adjust the volume of singular apps.
The screen rarely flickers , it has done so thrice in 2 days .
