warning machine is not in committed state error  and invalid serial number comes in Elitebook 2730p. Please send the solution for this issue.

This is a branding issue. Usually occurs when the system board is being replaced.There is a specific tool which is used to commit and lock the system board once replaced which is not publicly available. 

 

You can contact HP support in your country and depending on your unit warranty and service regulations , this could be resolved by rebranding the machine

 

 

Solution: You will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one. Here is more info:
