HP Chromebook x360 14 inch 14b-cb0000 (2Q4J5AV)

My warranty period is wrong. I have been trying to dispute by attaching my purchase receipt to get this corrected and I have heard nothing back. There is no way to contact anyone at HP about this. It feels like HP is purposefully trying to ignore me so that by the time my warranty period is corrected, it will have expired and HP will not help me fix their defective product. Any way to get some movement here.  The product crashes frequently and sometimes gets frozen on a black screen after it was put on sleep. Eventually the battery runs out and I am able to recharge and use the product but this is the worst chromebook I have ever purchased. Shame on HP for not providing adequate resources to get issues resolved in a timely manner.

Hello,

If the unit was purchased through an Authorized HP Reseller or from HP.com then I would recommend contacting customer support directly at [content removed] and let them know what is going on. I did look up the product number and see that this unit is a consumer product and they can help you there. Also if you would like, if you have a case number from that number or other source, then I can look into it and see what is going on for you. Also can you please let me know where you purchased the unit and then I can tell you if they are an Authorized HP Reseller. If it wasn't purchased through on of the two options as stated in the first line then the unit would have a start date from when it did get purchased from those options. That might be why your warranty isn't showing correctly. Sometimes small computer stores will buy a stock of computers directly from HP and then sell them when they can and so the warranty starts when the units are sold to them rather then to the customer (you).

Thank you. First Case # for dispute is [Personal Information Removed]. Produce was bought via BestBuy.com on 5/30/23. Always had problems with the product but have lived with them. Was finally going to see if I can get the product repaired so it works better, but then ran into this warranty problem. If there is a way to provide the receipt, please let me know how to do so. It was attached on the dispute form though so it should be readily accessible.  If you can let me know the status, that would be great.

Already did this twice. No reply by HP. I give up at this point. Service is dreadful.
