Hi All!!

First time posting here, apologies if I'm asking the wrong group.. I have the Star Wars HP Serial [edited], which uses batter 800049-001.  I need a replacement battery, but HP parts says no replacement is yet available for this product??   What?  I tried calling, and was rudely transferred to an automated recording telling me to shop on HP parts.com.  Can anyone please provide guidance on a replacement battery for this unit?  I am trying to buy here on HP, but would also buy from a reputable store like Best buy...  any help is greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

I believe all vendors inclding HP won't keep batteries from their part stores, they ship to retails shops to reduce storing cost. Please try
