Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can't run diagnostics because it says it's mission.   It does have option for system recovery. What does that do?

This depends on where you are seeing this option in terms of how you got there.  So please provide us the details on what you did, including what screens you went through to get to this screen.
