Product: hp Chromebook

When I log into the Social Security government website like I've done for months, I now get a message: Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

What does this mean and how can this be fixed? i need to log into my soc sec account.

Sorry no one has responded, but since this is a Chromebook, there is really nothing we here can do for you -- as I believe that these laptops don't allow any other Browser than Chrome.

 

You will need to login from a different PC -- as we have no way to debug or fix issues with Chrome.
