hello i was bought hp laptop 15dw-3021 its so nice laptop. When i want install windows i cant find my ssd nvme can you help me from this wrong can i fix this problem

According to the spec page for your model PC, it has an NMVe SSD -- and the boot media has to be UEFI format for it to see that drive.
So, if you downloaded and created the media yourself, it is probably MBR/BIOS format and that will not work. You need to download the ISO file again and this time, use the free RUFUS utility to create UEFI media from it. You can get the utility from here: https://rufus.ie/
