i find mt laptop very slow as my hdd internal hard drive is fault.i need to change the hard disk.so i need to create recovery media to reinstall my original os ater changing my hard disk.there is recovery partition (D) in my laptop along with windows partition(C).will the recovery partition is there even ater i change my hdd...?

Hi:
Your notebook is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, since it originally came with W8.1.
If PC's are supported, the info link for the tool is on the W10 driver page.
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to clean install W10 using the media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive.

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
