Were can I retrieve software to reinstall my system on a new hard drive, I have the 15-DA0033WN laptop.

Hi @jamesjr9 

 

follow the steps in the following link, if it does not work, you must then enter the Microsoft page and download windows 10, the license is stored in the BIOS to activate windows.
