Product: HP Spectre x360 Product #Z4Z35UA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm looking for a digital download of the HP Spectre recovery software that I can reset my laptop via USB drive.  There is not currently an operating system on the computer.  Original issue was BSOD and unable to use Windows Recovery, already tried to reinstall Windows via USB and mid-install still getting BSOD.

 

HP Spectre x360

Product Z4Z35UAABA (Purchased May 2017)

Windows 10 (32-bit)

Your notebook does not appear to be compatible with the HP Cloud Recovery utility.

 

To determine if your model is supported, go to HP PCs - HP Cloud Recovery Tool Supported Platforms

Using the excellent link that Erico posted, you will find that your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
