i ordered a media disc   and they say its in my digital locker but i cant find the locker  help!!!

This probably means, since you likely ordered it online, that the disk image is also stored online -- at where you purchased it.

You will have to contact the online vendor to find out the details of how you get access to it because every vendor does things differently.
