Here is the Software page for that model
Scroll down to the "Software - HP Cloud Recovery" tab and follow the direction on how to find and make the Recovery software.
Keep in mind that this will return the PC to the condition it was in from the factory.

If you follow the directions, it shows this page
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
Scroll down to the Video and start it. The video explains how to do the process. Go to the Microsoft Store, if running Windows 10 on the PC to retrieve the media. Get the HP Cloud Recovery Tool from the store and install on the PC being used.
Have you done that?

i have ben to the cloud recovery dl tool it installs on thes coputer only and the hp noatbook site says Result:
Product is supported.
Create your Recovery Media by the following tool:
https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9mtks9pr7r3n and that lin takes me to site where it downloads to the computer in on and dosent alow me to cose the usb drive12-11-2021 12:45 PM
If I understand you correctly, have you able to make the USB that contains the Recovery media for the
HP Notebook - 17-x061nr PC by using a different PC?
This new media can only be used to recover the HP Notebook - 17-x061nr PC to the factory condition, it will not work on any other model.
Following the guide, is the video true?

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB. Use this new media to install Windows 10.
When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue. It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
