Hello everyone

I need your help, please. I want to reset my security settings to factory defaults, but a messege appear which said that in order to complete the pending request to reset security features i must enter the pass code. The computer give me the pass code but i do not know where to enter it...

Don't understand what "security settings" you are trying to reset -- you need to explain, in some detail.
