actually i am student , i used to read newspaper online and used to do highlight the important area and after reading i used to save . now today what happened during the reading same process happened but what problem occurs suddenly the pdf got disrupted and whole saving items get destroyed and to correct it i have to do refresh again . this problem occurs first time

Update the PDF Reader
- Open the PDF reader > Check for updates in the settings or menu > Install any available updates.
Clear Temporary Files
- Press Windows + R > Type %temp% and press Enter > Select all files and delete them.
Check for Windows Updates
- Press Windows + I to open Settings > Go to Update & Security > Click Check for updates and install if available.
Try Using a Different PDF Reader
- Download and install another PDF reader.
Uninstall and Reinstall the PDF Reader
- Go to Settings > Apps > Uninstall the PDF reader > Download and reinstall the latest version from the official website.
We suggest you please install HP support assistant on your PC using this link: https://support.hp.com/vn-en/help/hp-support-assistant
1. Open the app, On the My Dashboard tab, find your computer, and then click Updates.
2. Wait while HP Support Assistant analyzes the system.
3. After the analysis completes, select the listed updates, download and install the updates, and then follow any on-screen instructions.
4. If prompted, restart the computer, and then close the tool.
