Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs1004na
Operating System: Linux

Hello, I have HP Pavilion 15-cs1004na and I try to install Linux OS. I disable UEFI and secure boot but it is nothing happen. I boot from USB but at the beginning of the installation, the computer froze. What to do. Thanks

Hi

Since you don't mention which OS you are trying to install, then it is difficult to offer targeted help, however....

 

Secure Boot / GPT / Uefi

 

And that is it.

You can have multiple boot-loaders and multiple Operating Systems.  Which OS are you using?

 

Also check your USB in case it is corrupted.
