Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 17-cd1020nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hp says i have windows 10 os when i have windows 11 os. So now I cannot go to update software and drivers. Its really frustrating.

Probably you saw it under System. Please wait, after few Windows updates Microsoft will fix that for you AUTOMATICALLY.
