why is my computer hp envy 15t k200 not turning on?

I have had this computer since 2015 and it was working all good until 2020 and has been sitting in basement for two years in a well protected case(it is same condition two years ago) . Of course everything else is fine but for some reason there is a problem with power and I don't know if it battery problem, motherboard problem, power port. But I know one thing the problem is on the computer it is not in the power adapter. So everything is fine but it wont turn on and I would like to know what the problem is

The battery may be deeply discharged. Remove the battery and start your notebook with the charger only to test it.
