There are two PCs that were made 10 years apart that have the same serial number you posted.

 

A HP Pavilion G4-1303AU, and a HP 15s-fq2673TU.

 

If you have the HP 15s-fq2673TU the only suggestion I can offer would be to update the RTL8822CE Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP currently has for that model Wi-Fi adapter:  

 

Version 2024.10.231.0
