There is no information from Microsoft yet available regarding a possible release of W12 or what the official hardware requirements will be.

If you don't mind, I'd like to add the following for the OP:
As Paul observed, Microsoft has not officially released details about Windows 12 at present, so specific hardware requirements are not yet available. However, based on trends, published hints and what we can infer, here’s what we do know:
Likely Requirements for Windows 12:
- Processor: Windows 12 will likely require a relatively modern processor. All assigned AMD processors for the HP Laptop 15-fc0000 series (AMD Athlon Silver 7120U through AMD Ryzen 7 7730U) are Windows 11 compatible and have TPM 2.0.
- RAM: Windows 11 requires a minimum of 4GB RAM, but 8GB or more may become the new baseline for Windows 12.
- Storage: SSDs might be a requirement, and your system should have at least 64GB of available storage.
- TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot: Windows 12 is expected to maintain the same security requirements introduced in Windows 11.
Advice for Your Laptop:
The HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fc0000 is a relatively recent model, so it is very likely to meet many if not all of the requirements for Windows 12. To confirm compatibility when Windows 12 launches:
- Run the PC Health Check tool (or its Windows 12 equivalent) when Microsoft releases it.
- Keep your system updated with the latest BIOS and drivers from HP.
- Monitor announcements from HP and Microsoft about specific models and compatibility.
