trying to reinstall win 11 after initial setup kept blue screening with a watchdog error.

i used rufus ver 4.13 to install the arm64 win 11 ISO onto my 32gb usb flash drive is there any way to fix this issue? device is hp omnibook x model# 14-fe0013dx snapdragon x elite 1tb ssd 16gb ram.

You can try HP Cloud Recovery Tool that creates a bootable recovery usb drive that will restore the hard drive to a factory state. Click the link below for how to use the recovery tool.

When you run the recovery tool on another Windows-based PC, you'll be prompted to enter the full product number (ProdID), which is printed on the bottom cover of your notebook.
