Hi,
I have just remastered the unit and am wanting to update to win 11, the Microsoft app says it should have no problems in updating to win 11. all i get in the update screen is "check compatibility" am at present win10 22h2.
any assistance will be appreciated.
The only other issue is that the i think jump start is not working and when I download I get an error -3

Yes, with an Intel 8th gen core processor, the PC meets the W11 processor requirements in order to do an in-place upgrade.
Windows processor requirements Windows 11 supported Intel processors | Microsoft Learn
Have you tried clicking on the W11 Installation Assistant button (1st option) at the link below to start the in-place upgrade to W11?
If not, you may want to give that a go.

Update I have remastered the laptop 3 more times and was offered an update to win 11, the first attempt froze at 11%. Then tried again. Success now have win 11 on the laptop. Hopefully the recovery media I made after the update will be win 11. Tanks for advice given.
