MY  LAPTOP IS PROVIDED BY COMPANY ON MY ACCOUNT , I FORGOT MY ACCOUNT DETAIL AS  I REGISTERED IN HP AND MY HARD DISC CRASH ALL DATA LOST  

MY LAPTOP IS UNDER WARRANTY  SR NO 5CG70106G8  MY HARD DISC CRASH SO REPLACE   I PURCHASE RECOVER DISC BUT UNABLE TO INTALLED BY SERVICE CENTRE THEY REPORT TO RECOVERY CENTER AGAIN THE SEND SIMILAR DISC AND UNABLE 

TO INSTALLED ,THEY ISSUE COME AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY INSTALLED WINDOW 10 PRO FROM THERE SITE THERE IS SOME MESSAGE ERROR COME AGAIN AND AGAIN YOUR WINDOW WILL EXPIRE 

SO REQUEST TO PROVIDE MY GENIUNE WINDOW 10 PRO KEY FOR MY LAPTOP

Hi:

 

The Windows product key should be in the BIOS.

 

I have zipped up and attached a free utility below that will show you the product key in the BIOS.

 

Run the utility and make sure the version of W10 that was installed matches the description of the OS the key is good for.
