Hello, I would like to help you. Can you tell me if there are any error messages?

1. Make sure Windows is up to date.  In the search bar, type winver and hit OK. This should display your build and version.

2. Type Settings in the search bar and click on it to bring up the Settings window. Next, on the left of the window, click on System, then on the right click Activation. Under Activate Windows Now, click on Troubleshoot.

Let me know what happens after the troubleshooter finishes.

In short, I wanted to turn my Windows 11 into a pro, but I found some kind of key on the Internet and it turned out that my normal Windows left and came for educational institutions. And now I don’t know what to do and how to return the old key, and how to find out the previous key that I had

I think you would have to first get your original product key from command prompt.

1.Type in the search bar,  command prompt and right click on the option and click Run as administrator and click Ok.

2. In the command prompt, type the command :

wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

 and hit enter.

3. If there's any product key on the system it should be there! Write down the product key now and install the correct version of Windows you have.  You can download the Windows 11 Media Creation tool here.

Go through the installation process and download the ISO file on your computer.

4. Once the ISO file is downloaded, double click on the ISO file and click the file. setup and run it.

5. During the installation, it will ask for your product key make sure you enter it!

I tried the key but it says it doesn't fit

Did you reinstall Windows before entering the key? If it says it's Windows 11 Education it won't take the key.
